Slopes For Hope Kimberley 2012 supporters!!
On February 18, 2012, almost 100 participants raised more than 35,000 for the Canadian Cancer Society. In doing so, these brave participants skied 1,050 runs - a total of 2,150,400 vertical feet!
The Canadian Cancer Society is grateful and thankful for the support of the planning team and volunteers who organized this incredible event. They also wish to extend their gratitude and thanks for their partnership and generosity to the Resort of the Canadian Rockies, the Kimberley Alpine Resort, Investors Group, Josh Dueck, Mayor Ron McRae and the many local businesses who supported Slopes for Hope 2012.

Slopes for Hope is an annual skiing and snowboarding event for the whole family. It is serving as a spiritual successor to Relay for Life in Kimberley. You can participate individually or in groups of up to four people.
The purpose of this event is to raise funds to assist the Canadian Cancer Society in the pursuit of their mission - the eradication of cancer and enhancement of the quality of life for those living with cancer.
